Andrea Brown LPC Therapist

I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. My goal as a counselor is to provide a steady, compassionate environment where clients can explore their stories, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. I am especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, better understand the experiences that have shaped them, and develop healthier patterns that foster lasting change.

My counseling approach is relational, holistic, and collaborative. I draw from narrative, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic approaches to support each client’s individual growth and healing. I value the connection between mind, body, and relationships and strive to help clients build greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and healthier relational patterns.

In addition to private practice work, I have experience supporting adolescents and families in a school setting, which has deepened my understanding of developmental, emotional, relational, and grief-related challenges across different stages of life. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, connection, and hope.
