Reagan Owen

I take a cooperative approach to counseling, because you are the expert of your story. I find it an incredible honor and privilege to be a part of someone’s healing journey, as well as to get to know their story on a deeper level.

Whether you’re struggling with problems adjusting to change, in the depths of depression, or experiencing the fallout of traumatic life experiences, I am here to give you the tools and a safe place to move toward the goals you have for your life.

While I personally am guided by my faith in Christ, I respect wherever you are spiritually and allow the client to choose whether they want that to be a part of their counseling journey or not. When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, at the gym, or spending time outdoors
